1. Information we collect

Account information: if you create an account, we collect your email address so we can send a one-time sign-in code and identify your account. You can also use the App as a guest without an account.

Learning data: your lesson progress, practice answers, evaluation results, and personalised lesson plan, so your progress is saved and can sync across sessions.

Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription, so we can unlock paid features.

We do not collect real-money or play-money gambling activity, and we do not track or profile poker opponents.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate the App, save and sync your progress, provide your personalised lesson plan, manage subscriptions and the free-tier daily limit, and respond to support requests.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the App: Supabase (account authentication and storage of your progress), and RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store and Google Play (to process and verify subscriptions). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and learning data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

5. Your choices and account deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. You can stop providing data at any time by using the App as a guest or by deleting your account.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored in the device secure store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
